MEET THE TEAM

At Little Steps Gym we have an amazing team of dedicated staff led by Vickie. We have a great working environment and a happy and talented team. All the members of our team bring their own personal style and talents to our Little Steps Gym environment.

We are all passionate about our jobs and this shows in our relationship with have with both children and parents (and even grandparents).

VICKIE HARDINGHAM
OWNER

Having worked at Little Steps Gym for nearly 20 years, I never tire of seeing a child grow in both ability and confidence week by week through coming to our classes. It is a real pleasure and privilege seeing them develop in their early years. I am pleased to say, lots of children stay with us until they are nearly teenagers and watching them flourish and grow is amazing. Our classes are enjoyable, lively, challenging and every week is different.

DIANA SOLDER

COACH

I have worked at Little Steps since 2009 and have a wealth of experience, building rapport with children and adults. I love the variation that my job offers, with all ages ranging from babies to 10/11 year olds. It is so rewarding to watch children grow through each of the classes and teach them gymnastic skills and see them develop and expand their skills the older they get.

LOUISE BALLAM

COACH

I started work with Little Steps in 2022 and am really enthusiastic about supporting children’s physical and social development through fun. Having two children who attend Little Steps I have seen just how fantastic it is at supporting children, parents and carers. I really enjoy physical activity and am passionate about the positive impact it has on our wellbeing. I look forward to meeting children of different ages and helping to develop their gymnastic skills.

NATALIE PHIPPS
COACH

Little Steps has always held a special place in my heart, ever since my own two children started coming when they were babies. I am a qualified primary school teacher and love working with children of all ages, seeing them grow and develop both physically and socially. Little Steps Gym encompasses all of these things, whilst maintaining a real family-community feel at its core, meaning happy times are had by all (staff included).

CLARE KELLIHER
COACH

I am very privileged to be part of a superb team of ladies at Little Steps Gym. Having a lifelong love of gymnastics and participating for many years as a youngster I bring my passion to the classes and inspire the children to enjoy this amazing sport.

My nearly seven year old twin boys have been attending Little Steps Gym since they were eighteen months old and always have and continue to love their sessions.

I’m looking forward to seeing other children grow in confidence and bring the best out of them, whilst ensuring they all have a positive, nurturing and fun experience just like my boys have always received.

NATALIE POTTER

COACH

I joined the team in 2014 after attending Little Steps from the age of 6 months old. This opportunity gave me the chance to work with children, which had been a dream of mine. I started with the older children helping in Holiday Clubs, leading onto me working Birthday Parties and finally working with the baby classes. I love seeing children thrive, learning new skills and developing their social skills.  In 2019 I became a qualified coach which gives me the chance to get the best out of the children and their gymnastics. I am privileged to work with such an amazing team who have years of experience.

DAISY SALE
COACH

I joined Little Steps when I was 7 years old after having been to a friends birthday  party. I loved every class I went to and was lucky enough to start helping out at Little Steps just before my 12th birthday.

I qualified as a Level 0 coach in 2019 and am looking forward to taking my Level 1 very soon.

I love seeing how the children progress and it makes me so proud of them when they achieve something they have been working really hard for.
